You will be a trailblazer in this new endeavor for Wells Fargo. This is a highly visible, critical role with a great career path. The Associate Branch Manager Forward Hire is designed to provide a consistent and positive customer and employee experience across a specific geography. Throughout your time as a Forward Hire Associate Branch Manager, you will increase the depth and breadth of your experience leading and managing teams by supporting multiple branch locations in the district. Based on business needs and as opportunities arise, the Forward Hire Associate Branch Manager (SAFE) employee will transition to either Associate Branch Manager or Branch Manager (SAFE) within the geography.Once moved into one these roles, you would be responsible for leading, managing and developing a diverse team of high-performing direct or indirect reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes. Successful Branch Managers are able to lead a highly defined customer engagement process, coaching to specific behaviors that lead to an enhanced customer experience and drive growth of the business, while also leading accountability for operational excellence. This involves executing policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations, as well as audit and escalation procedures, and managing the allocation of people and financial resources for the branch.

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and employeesAbility to lead a team to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology and share the value of digital bankingRelevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, officer/leadership reporting, or military experience working in personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources or military recruiting

Experience

Experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments, including affluent, high net worth, and small businessExperience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, internal partners and within the communityKnowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations, compliance controls, risk management and loss prevention
