Job Description
Under the general direction of the Communications Officer, this position will coordinate and assist in developing the graphic and electronic presentation materials for university approval meetings, studies and reports for Yale Facilities projects. Responsible for the maintenance of options for enhanced website layout, content, and user interface for all Facilities websites, as well as supporting the distribution of targeted communications for Facilities department specific initiatives.Supports the organization of project and department meetings with the Vice President of Facilities, Campus Development, and Sustainability; University Architect; AVP’s; directors, planners, and project managers to assess upcoming presentation and communication requirements.Supports the design, preparation, printing, and distribution of mailings for the Corporation presentation packets and Yale Facilities communications (newsletters, department-specific communications, website improvements, etc.).Coordinates with Capital Finance and Budget Office staff to ensure consistent project financial reporting/tracking and coordinates the creation of Memoranda of Understanding (MOU). Maintains the electronic archive system for MOUs and similar project approval documents.

Education
Excellent oral, writing, and proof-reading skills including the ability to write and format program documents. Ability to set up and train others to operate electronic audio/visual presentation equipment including video projectors and connected computers.
