Growing together.  Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel of Technology, AI & Intellectual Property, this Associate General Counsel position will provide business counsel support to the Optum Technology organization, which develops and implements technology solutions throughout UnitedHealth Group. This attorney will have the opportunity to support technology teams working on cutting edge health-technology with a focus on technology transactions, AI, digital health initiatives and cybersecurity operations. Successful candidates will have experience drafting and negotiating unique transactions, including complex contracts, development agreements, pilot programs, and other strategic initiatives. This position will participate in the product development and review process and coordinate closely with subject matter experts across the enterprise in such areas as privacy, intellectual property, litigation, and health law.
