About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Security Response & Emergency Representative...In this role, you will:Support functional area and security processes performed by security guards, both Wells Fargo individuals and contract workersWork closely with Security Response Center analysts to ensure escalation guidelines are followed according to written proceduresPerform work to meet deadlines and goalsPerform routine security, operational, and customer support tasksRespond and assist alarm system maintenance needs and security situations that arise in workplaceRegularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions to more experienced staffInteract with immediate team on basic information, plus internal and external customers and Security Response Center AnalystsRequired Qualifications, US:
