Description:To help ensure a quality program by monitoring and maintaining facilities and equipment used by the YMCA to carry out the program at the highest level possible. Must act as an extension of the Program Director in charge of Membership by addressing any questions and concerns brought by members or participants.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Education

Incumbent must have working knowledge of the sport activity to be supervised with an understanding of the Y mission in sports and how that mission is carried out using the Ys Core Values.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.Incumbent must have the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time, lifting up to 75 lbs.
