This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Camp Wakonda Administrative Assistant at Ozarks Regional YMCA maintains a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals. This position ensures that camp programs meet community needs by supporting the work of the Executive Director. Under the direction of the Executive Director for Camp, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for the following: processing registrations, mailings of parent packets, updates in the camper database, filing, copying, maintaining ACA accreditation, and answering the majority of telephone calls, assisting with check-in and checkout of campers.OUR CULTURE:Our mission and core values are brought to life by our culture. Education
Reviews Waiting Lists daily and activates campers as necessary.Attend special events that promote campAnd all other duties assigned.
