We are looking for outgoing talent ready to take on goals and be awarded.This position requires assessing the customer's needs and right fitting the customer with the appropriate device, plans and services. Also providing solutions, as well as maintaining the store location to maximize profitability and attain company/personal goals and objectives.Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:Create an outstanding buying experience for all of our customersExceed in meeting all goals and metrics required monthlyProblem solve issues with customersWork well with store management in opening, closing, inventory and operating the retail facility and other tasks as assignedAbility to work well with others and aloneReceive and process all payments while upselling services and promotions
Responsibilities + Skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not requiredProfessional in appearance and strong verbal communication skills
Education
A background in wireless communications is strongly encouraged but not requiredOpen Availability with flexible scheduling; reliable transportation
