At LPC we are inclusive, and bring passion and pride to all that we do, celebrating the success and growth of all with whom we impact.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTSResponsibilities:Serve as primary point person for office duties including: directing calls, mailing, supplies, equipment, errands, etc.Coordinate office luncheon meetings, appointments, travel and car rentals for office personnel as needed.Maintain office condition and arrange necessary repairsManage office supplies, ensuring the office remains stocked and functionalOrganize office operations and proceduresProvide general support to visitorsManage office budget and ensure accurate inventoryCoordinate with centers on inventory and delivering of suppliesPlan in-house or off-site activities, like professional development days and company eventsDistribute LPC informational flyers and marketing materials to centersAdd names to completion of PD certificates
