Description:Record, report and aid in the settlement of claims for St. Croix Claims Department.Requirements:Working knowledge of basic office procedures, Microsoft Office products and our agency management system.Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.Possesses strong organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Perform miscellaneous projects at department managers request.
Education
Assist in processing claim reports/payment requests in accordance with agency procedures and guidelines.Assist in managing incoming mail, emails and telephone calls related to claims matters.
