The LX group is a crucial enterprise-focused organization that designs and supports ASU efforts to deliver innovative learning projects, at scale, across all modalities, and focused on ensuring greater inclusion and student success.The Classroom Success Specialist will provide exceptional service and support for Learning Experience at the Polytechnic campus. This involves working closely with faculty and students to ensure that their teaching and learning experience exceeds expectations. Successful candidates will have demonstrative knowledge of technology trends and pedagogical practices in education, experience providing operational excellence, and a passion for customer service.

Developing and delivering faculty training, including self-help documents, online tutorials, and other multimedia materials, to assist faculty with the use of learning experience platforms
