Position SummaryThe Office of Academic Affairs in the Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) aims to support CUIMC faculty so that they may lead successful and fulfilling careers at CUIMC. The office works with over 9,500 faculty and researchers across the four-health science schools of the medical center: the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons (VP&S), the Mailman School of Public Health, the College of Dental Medicine and the School of Nursing.Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President for Faculty Professional Development, Diversity and Inclusion and Operations for CUIMC and working closely with the Academic Affairs and OFPDDI team, the Communications and Project Manager provides communications, outreach, and project management oversight for the programs and initiatives of the Office of Faculty Professional Development, Diversity and Inclusion, as well as those of the Senior Vice President for Faculty Affairs and Career Development for CUIMC/Vice Dean for Academic Affairs.
