Growing together.Our team is looking for a Professional experienced and interested in Early Childhood Education, data analytics and data reporting to join the Head Start Monitoring team at the Lewin Group. We seek an outstanding critical thinker with solid SAS programming and data analytic problem-solving skills and an eye towards process improvement. You can enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. or join us in one of our offices as you take on some stimulating and rewarding challenges. We seek an individual who is eager to contribute to our firm’s growth and who can readily fill an immediate need on our Head Start monitoring contract. The Lewin Group/OptumServe Consulting has provided support to the Office of Head Start for nearly two decades in monitoring the quality of thousands of programs receiving federal funds to provide Head Start and Early Head Start services to children and families across the country.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Masters degree from an accredited institution and 5+ years of professional experience OR Bachelors degree from an accredited institution and 7+ of years professional experience3+ years of SAS programming experience including manipulating modifying data files, deriving variables, creating data driven formats, SAS macros and strong quality assurance practices in reviewing SAS programs and results
Experience
Experience conceptualizing and executing multiple complex data analytic plans, including developing written SAS programming requirementsSolid writing and data presentation skills and experience developing high-quality written products, including comprehensive data reports, data presentations, issue briefs, memos, and data tables/charts
