Customer Service Leader - Office

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated concerns.Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.Utilize Google Suite and Office applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.Proofread correspondence and materials to ensure clarity and accuracy before distribution.Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

Responsibilities + Skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.Strong organizational skills to manage files and documentation effectively.Previous experience in a customer service or clerical role is a plus but not required.

Education

Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications is essential.Strong administrative skills with experience in office management preferred.Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
