Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to the customer service team- Train and onboard new team members- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations- Assist with scheduling and staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Education
- Experience with product demos and technical sales- Proven track record in upselling and sales techniques- Proficient in cash handling, POS systems, and cash register operations- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
