Job Description
The Data Integration Sr Lead Analyst is responsible for overseeing daily activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with functions, regions and lines of business. This role partners with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, and engages in cross functional collaboration to achieve outcomes. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, along with strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required. Responsibilities:Identify stakeholders and key organizations to build and manage relationships withGather, synthesize and distill detailed information to deliver crisp and succinct executive-level communicationSimultaneously manage multiple projects including delivery and management level communicationsDevelop content for relevant governance forumsLead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional complex problems within / across programs and with Senior ManagementLiaise between the Enterprise Chief Data Office, Federated Chief Data Office and other key partners in the Functions and Lines of Business to progress the Data Transformation agendaLead work streams focusing on broad range of Data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, and taxonomy

Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
