Director, Asset Management Communications

Job Description

Job Description: The RoleAs a trusted consultant to senior leadership, you will be a key member of the Asset Management Business Unit Communications team, focused on engaging associates through crafting and implementing strategic, impactful communications that help to propel advocacy and support for organizational goals and priorities. You will guide leaders toward best practices in executive communications, associate engagement, and change management. You’ll sharpen your communication skills and expand your network while delivering communications that inform, inspire, and equip associates to help the Asset Management business succeed. You will be critical to connecting, advising, and engaging with business leaders in divisions that represent rapidly growing investment areas as part of efforts to drive Fidelity Forward.  

Responsibilities + Skills

Collaborate with senior leaders and business partners to develop leader and program communications including presentations, talking points, social media posts, and more.Prioritize against team goals and organizational strategies to produce results.Develop useful measures and metrics and use them to drive decisions.

Education

Strong leadership, facilitation, decision-making and advocacy-building skills, including the ability to cultivate relationships with senior leaders across Fidelity and Asset Management.
