Growing together. As the Director of OH Care Model and Solutions Design, you’ll be responsible for integrating multiple parts of Optum Health capabilities, assets, and care delivery networks to provide the best care outcomes and seamless patient and provider experience. You’ll be working with leaders across the enterprise to create the playbook for consistent clinical and operational continuum of care across Optum Health, while also working with executives to define the best collaboration and management process approach to bring more of an integrated care delivery system. If you are located in EL Segundo, CA or Eden Prairie, MN, you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough challenges.
