Job Description

The Server Assistant at The Palm Springs Surf Club plays a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house staff during events by ensuring the dining and service areas are clean, organized, and stocked. As a vital member of the team, the Server Assistant helps facilitate the flow of service by clearing tables, delivering food and beverages to guests, and assisting servers with their tasks to ensure that each event runs smoothly. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Clear dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables promptly and efficiently to ensure the dining area remains clean and organized.Assist with the resetting of tables, including placing new table settings and arranging chairs, as needed.Ensure the dining area is clean and tidy during events, wiping down surfaces and maintaining cleanliness throughout the service.Food & Beverage Runner:
