Job DescriptionCitibank is seeking the Head of Citi's Private Bank Wealth Marketing (PBWM), Marketing Data and Audience Management that supports data driven Marketing campaigns to achieve our financial goals. This leader will build, maintain, and transform the data infrastructure and capabilities to execute Marketing strategies across Branded Cards, Retail Bank, Card Retail Services and Wealth. This leader will partner with cross functional partners such as Marketing, Analytics, Risk Policy and Technology and leverage automation and efficient processes to deliver the campaign audience to provide financial solutions across various customer touchpoints including digital and traditional channels. This leader will require deep understanding of our data platforms (including cloud and bid data capabilities), data assets (including credit bureaus), audience management tools to deliver Citi's current and future book of work.The leader will improve and evolve Citi's Data and Audience Management tools/capabilities/services that can further automate and transform how we met our prospect's and customer's financial needs.Requires thorough understanding of Marketing Strategic direction and ability to transform that to functional operational and efficient processes to get an outcome of reaching audiences with the right message and offer. Accountable for end results, budgeting, planning and delivering on marketing strategy execution.Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication/negotiation will be necessary.Full management responsibility for multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.May be involved or responsible for diverse (cross-discipline) activities. Typically, a direct report to a C16 role and function as an integral member of the functional leadership team within a country/site location, job family, or line of business.

Experience
15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years' managerial experienceExperienced in direct marketing in a financial institution; analyzing marketing efforts and optimizing client experience
