The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the execution of activities performed by Technicians and external vendors to ensure that work is performed in accordance to established processes and practices and is in compliant with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection. In addition to people leadership responsibilities, the Maintenance Team Lead also performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance.
Responsibilities + Skills
Oversees and monitors assigned facility by conducting facility walkthroughs, mechanical and electrical equipment and system monitoring and inspection.
Education
Objectively recommends compensation adjustments.Manages all aspects of performance.Trains, coaches, and works closely with the maintenance team to ensure work is carried out in accordance with building codes and safety standards.Oversees and monitors the activities and performance of Technicians within assigned facility. Ensures that activities are performed in accordance to established processes as well as internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection.
