From fitness classes and sports leagues to youth programs and community events, there is something for everyone at the YMCA.As a Front Desk/Member Services Associate, you will respond to the individual needs of each person you encounter, ensuring that they feel valued and supported. Your role will involve providing excellent service to members, guests, and program participants both in person and over the phone, contributing to member retention and satisfaction. You will conduct interviews and cause-driven tours tailored to the needs of prospective members, selling memberships and providing accurate program information. Additionally, you will develop and maintain positive relationships with volunteers and members, helping them connect with one another and the Y community.
