Responsibilities + Skills

Assists in interviewing, hiring, training and evaluating customer service staff.Assist to schedule customer service staff to ensure proper coverage to meet customer needs.

Education

Must have related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Three or more years of secretarial and/or office administration.
