Employees are required to have flexibility to work during Monday-Friday 1:00pm - 6:00pm, every other Saturday 8:00am-2:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 50 YALE AVENUE, WALLINGFORD, CT.

Experience

Must be 18 years of age or older1+ years of experience with working in a customer service environmentFamiliarity with computer and Windows personal computer applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
