Responsibilities + Skills
Excellent customer service to various stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate complex payroll matters to senior leadershipStrong influencing, networking and relationship building skills
Education
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferredMBA or other advanced professional degree and payroll certifications preferred10+ years of payroll processing experience including multi-state payrolls, 5+ years managing/leading a payroll team.Demonstrated leadership skills in managing performance, coaching, and staff development
