DescriptionLiberty Mutual Distribution Technology is looking for a Portfolio Scrum Master to join our Insurance Professional Sales Experience portfolio. In this role you will play a critical role in enabling teams that build solutions which empower our internal & external insurance professionals to deliver value through sales experiences that delight users and provide accurate & efficient quotes, ultimately allowing us to continue to Win Together with Purpose. The Portfolio Scrum Master is a member of the delivery leadership team for the portfolio guiding the coordination, synchronization, and support of a “team of teams” that is necessary to deliver upon our priorities and initiatives. Additionally, the Portfolio Scrum Master advises portfolio leadership on value stream efficiency and effectiveness ensuring alignment to strategic goals. The Insurance Professional Sales Experience portfolio is currently involved in multiple high-profile, transformative initiatives and is looking for someone who is prepared to collaborate, influence, and possesses a robust communication and planning skillset.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least eight, typically ten or more years related experience as a project team member, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience
Program or Portfolio ManagementPrior experience as a Release Train Engineer and/or Scaled AgileExperience working in or around enterprise agent portals, sales experiences, and/or Insurance Industry
