The Program Coordinator, Schedule Deputy & Scholarship Coordinator will serve the School of Mechanical Engineering (ME) in the following three roles:  Undergraduate and Graduate Schedule DeputyCollaborate with the Associate Head of Undergraduate Programs on course offerings and build the semester schedules.ME Undergraduate Curriculum Improvement SupportWork with Associate Head for Undergraduate Programs to document the activities related to continuous curriculum improvement process.ME Scholarship CoordinatorCoordinate scholarships in the School with the Director of Financial Affairs (DFA) and College scholarship administration.

0-1 year of professional experience that demonstrates the ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detailEquivalent combinations of education and experience will be consideredFor example, an Associate's degree and 2.5 years of experience or a High School Diploma/GED and 4.5 years of experience
