Are you ready to lead an innovative program that shapes the future of principled business leadership? The Mitch Daniels School of Business at Purdue University is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Program Director for Cornerstone for Business! In this exciting role, you'll oversee the launch, administration, and management of a groundbreaking program that focuses on principled business leadership. Collaborate with the Academic Director to lead the development, design, and execution of an engaging video series, establish and organize an inspiring lecture series, and coordinate curriculum and activities for a related course and co-curricular experiences. You'll also manage timelines, budgets, and resources for program initiatives, and work with the Daniels Marketing and Communications team to create and implement a compelling marketing strategy. Additionally, you'll develop metrics to evaluate program success and impact, and create plans for continuous improvement. Cornerstone for Business, part of the Cornerstone Integrated Liberal Arts program at Purdue University, emphasizes business success and principled leadership in generating value for society.

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Bachelors degree in business, education, philosophy, ethics, or a related field

Experience

6 years of professional work experience in higher education or corporate settingStrong analytical skills for assessing program effectiveness and utilizing insights for continuous improvement
