Responsibilities include monitoring program, providing program information, participation in weekly meetings, and administrative duties as assigned. This is a seasonal position beginning ASAP and ending August 16, 2024.
Responsibilities + Skills
Demonstrate the Six Pillars of Character (Trustworthiness, Citizenship, Respect, Responsibility, Caring, Fairness) as well as the YMCA Core Values of caring, respect, honesty and responsibility in all dealings with members, guests, volunteers and fellow staff.All other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Education
Assist participants with their questions and monitor activity in assigned areas.Respond promptly and courteously to all to all complaints, compliments and inquiries while following the appropriate procedures at all times.Communicate with branch staff to build teen programming for the summer.
Experience
