Job Description
Under administrative direction, performs work of considerable difficulty in coordinating and executing the activities of projects and programs delivered online, in-person, or in hybrid format primarily for established or traditional programs. Independently ensures the goals and objectives of the project or program are accomplished with excellence in accordance with priorities, time constraints, funding limitations, or other specifications.
Responsibilities + Skills
Knowledge of Executive Education industry and programs/products a plus.Knowledge of any of the following platforms a plus: Salesforce, Canvas, Qualtrics, Aventri, Zoom, Outlook, Monday.com, Dropbox.
Education
Anticipate, identify, and troubleshoot risks that have the potential to affect program success.Organize and manage documentation: price sheets, scope of work statement, timelines, and invoices.Bachelor's degree in a related field AND five years administrative/coordination experience; OR, Master's degree in field appropriate to area of assignment AND three years administrative/coordination experience; OR Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
