The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position SummaryThe Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall administration, operations, and financial management of Giuseppe Tosto lab. The DA provides active, hands-on help with all the lab’s operations, including academic and non-academic administration, financial activities, clinical activities etc. He/she will facilitate outreach and scheduling participants’ visits with the clinical coordinator, oversee marketing material production, organization of events (overview the logistics and efficient planning), data entry, financial duties and perform other duties as assigned. This position will require occasional off-site activities (events, seminars etc.). This is an in-person position (no remote work).
Responsibilities + Skills
Must be able to acquire quickly a specific knowledge of University policies, procedures, and systems including a thorough knowledge of internal policies and external regulations governing sponsored projects and Institutional Review Boards operations.
Education
Preference for Business Administration or Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant fields.
