Job Description:Director, Sales Communication ConsultantThe Sales Communications Consultant (CC) partners with the Sales organization and the Relationship Management to bring new corporate clients to Fidelity and to retain existing client relationships. The Sales CC demonstrates Fidelity's participant experience and matching them to existing clients/prospect's business needs in order differentiate Fidelity. The role supports new sales and rebid activity in the primarily in the Core and Mid markets. The Sales CC also partners with Sales to provide mentorship and feedback to other team members as part of the sales process.The Expertise We Are Looking ForBA/BS requiredExperience in employee benefits communication and/or financial services strongly preferred5+ years Sales or presentation experienceSeries 7 and 63 licenses, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
