Job Description
The Senior Analyst Space Optimization will provide micro and macro space optimization analysis of varying scope across items, categories, and departments. The Senior Analyst Space Optimization will leverage advanced analytical applications and models to identify opportunities for a more optimal use of store space to drive profitability. This position will be responsible for understanding the variety of advanced technical and statistical data models leveraged within applications and be able to communicate the approach and recommendations generated by tools to senior business leaders. This role is held accountable for evaluating and identifying opportunities during store projects and business resets for THD. The role will partner with store planning and space planning to support and execute new concepts resulting from competitive and space productivity analyses.Key Responsibilities:50% Provide micro and macro space optimization analysis of varying scope across items, categories, and departments.20% Communicate the approach and recommendations generated by tools to senior business leaders.

Experience
Experience with large-scale data analysis and a demonstrated ability to identify key insights from data to solve business problemsProven ability to manage situations that require analytical thinking, negotiation, interpretation and execution.
