It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Institutional Investment Operations Specialist within FX Investigations as a part of Corporate Investment Banking.The Senior Lead Institutional Investment Operations Specialist - FX Investigations will be responsible for the management of Risk, Service Quality and Process Improvement working closely with the FX Business, FX Operations, Technology, Process Review & Enhancement (PRE) and the Product & Strategic Delivery teams. Experience in FX Operations and/or FX Investigations is required.In this role, you will:Day to day oversight of a team across multiple locations whilst simultaneously partnering with Wells Fargo's India team to deliver FX Investigation services.Strong Risk management focus ensuring the overall number of cases are kept at acceptable tolerances and higher risk items (e.g. large dollar amounts, debits and/or aged breaks) are resolved quickly.Creation and implementation of Metrics that monitor and report:Daily trends by team and individual contributors to ensure SLA's are met and individual productivity is monitoredAged and high value breaks that need to be addressed to reduce risk to the bankYear over year trending to account for expected spikes in volume so teams can prepare7+ years of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
