Job Description
The Sr. Operations Business Analyst - Workforce Operations will leverage their knowledge of the company's labor model and their cross functional relationships to address and resolve concerns regarding labor from our store and HR partners in the field. The Sr. Analyst will also take a proactive approach to developing reporting and identifying opportunities to drive scheduling execution in the stores. This will require attention to detail and a focus on customer service. In addition, strong data gathering and analytical skills are needed to be able to research and resolve all field inquiries as well as to provide recommendations on how to improve our processes and communications to the stores. Additionally, this person must be able to build strong cross-functional partnerships and have strong written and verbal communication skills.Workforce Operations Labor Execution responds to all labor related concerns originating from the field. This ranges from inquiries from Department Supervisors up to Division Presidents. This team has visibility into the challenges and opportunities with the labor model execution in the field and as such is expected to provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team on process improvements on a regular basis.
