As the Sr. Manager, Social Media & Community at T-Mobile, you will assume a leadership role in overseeing Social Media Strategy, Content Production and Community Engagement. Reporting directly to the Head of Social Media, this pivotal position involves not only critical thinking but also people management skills to guide and inspire a team towards continuing to position T-Mobile as a “must follow” brand in social media.

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Develop and implement comprehensive social media campaigns aimed at enhancing T-Mobile's awareness, credibility, and consideration among new and existing customers.Apply data and insights to innovate creative approaches for customer engagement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate social media seamlessly into their programs.
