When we break through, the world leaps forward. This Program Manager position is a key member of the Modem Technology PM team tasked with working with cross functional teams to develop, define and execute the plan of record for Firmware projects. Responsibilities of this role include working with engineering leads to make decisions that impact project success, conveying complex and detailed information to multiple audiences with differing knowledge levels, negotiating, influencing and communicating to large groups and high-level constituents, exercising substantial creativity to innovate new processes, procedures, and work products to achieve objectives, and participating in strategic planning. The Program Manager applies a strong understanding of project planning methods to develop, define, and execute plans of record including schedules, resources, deliverables, and risks. This role monitors and drives programs from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions, monitors budget, allocates resources for on-time delivery and achievement of program milestones, and represents programs and drives alignment across stakeholders.
