Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO Reporting to the Program Manager, TAs support trainers by hosting online Zoom training sessions, manage breakout rooms and online learning resources such as polls, games and simulations using laptop and software provided by BCG U.Support trainees and trainers by disseminating session details before, during and after online lessons via online chat, email and other mediums.Support trainee on content: Understand where trainees are having difficulties and provide support offline on assignments/project work. Consolidate and escalate to trainer where content questions cannot be answered by TA.Lead coaching/tutorial sessions: Facilitate group work discussions and offer guidance to trainees on content and assignment completion.Coach/counsel: Connect 1-on-1 with trainees to coach and motivate trainees who are falling behind and help them stay on track.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Key competency: Strong communication and interpersonal skills (including coaching learners), process-disciplined and maturity to represent BCG brand plus willingness to reskill themselves.
Experience
Business background (e.g.: MBA, industry experience) preferred.Experience on topics being taught is a plus.
