The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position SummaryThis position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating training on HIV behavioral health topics for service providers; serves as liaison for HIV Behavioral Health with the NECA AETC web manager and partners in the region to monitor that program information, materials, and event listings are current; and is the primary liaison with AETC faculty and consultants, assisting in preparation of presentations for each session. ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement a training plan, ensuring training needs are assessed, addressed, with evaluation as a key activity.Develop and support faculty to deliver scientifically, rigorous, creative, user-friendly content consistent with the NECA AETC brand and with funder’s guidelines.Work with clinical sites to facilitate their adoption of best practices and coordinate participation of care team members at the clinical sites.Write rst drafts of reports to funders.Perform related duties & responsibilities as assigned/requested.
Responsibilities + Skills
Knowledge of behavioral health concepts and HIV is highly desirable.Facility with both English and Spanish is highly desirable.Must be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
