Job Description

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.   Position SummaryReporting to the Director of Research Administration, the Financial Coordinator will assist with the management of sponsored project finances through the use of ARC, PAC, FINSYS, and other university financial systems. The Financial Coordinator will perform financial transactions, including purchasing, accounts payable, invoicing, journal entries, and financial reconciliations. 

Responsibilities + Skills

Keep abreast of new grant-related policies and procedures.Provide support on special projects.Perform other job-related duties as necessary.

Education

Purchasing and accounts payable oversight and serving as the divisions point of contact for both internal and external inquiries;Communicating effectively with Faculty, Section Administrators, and Senior Management to provide the status of items in the workflow and prioritize as needed;
