Assist the Lead Instructor in planning and implementing a lesson plan that meets the needs of the students and the teacherCreate a fun and safe learning environment for all studentsProvide guidance and feedback to students while maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphereMaintain a clean and organized classroom consistent with McGaw YMCA policies and proceduresParticipate in class supervision as needed by the Lead Instructor
