The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position SummaryAn assistant is needed to provide a range of administrative support services, including scheduling meetings, organizing conferences and interviews, phone calls, and completing paperwork for internal offices (e.g., Human Resources and Finance). ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support services outside institutions (e.g., NIH), assisting with grant preparation and reporting, paper preparation, overseeing office space, equipment and storage needs for staff, and managing P-card and expense reports. The assistant will also provide administrative support in the development and implementation of community outreach programs for patients with ataxia and tremor. The assistant will maintain Dr. Kuo’s schedule and calendar and will maintain web pages for Dr. Kuo’s group. The assistant will organize and submit CONCUR reimbursement. The assistant will also be responsible for managing the schedule for outside speakers or ataxia and tremor conference schedule.
