Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a highly motivated Associate Contract Management Specialist within the E-7 program, based out of Tukwila, WA. The Boeing E-7 Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) is a combat-proven force multiplier that provides unparalleled abilities to scan the skies, communicate with surface, ground and air assets and enable integration across the joint force. Join our team and get an excellent opportunity for valuable experience as we stand up this new program for the Air Force and other future customers. Position Responsibilities:Exercises appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing and the licensing of intellectual property to support company strategiesSupports presentation of business solutions to preserve and expand the businessRepresents the company and supports external negotiations to a diverse set of customersPrepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding contractual agreements for The Boeing CompanyCoordinates with other internal functional disciplinesSummarizes contractual issues, supports development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigationResearches Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), intellectual property terms and other Terms and Conditions to advise cross-functional teammates 

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree or higher

Experience

1+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
