Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate International Contract Management Specialist to join the International Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) team in Hazelwood, MO. This position supports the Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) and Boeing Global Services (BGS) DCS International Defense business (acquisitions direct to foreign customers) supporting the KC-767 and AH-64 Japan programs. This position will support non-spares and repairs acquisitions and contract execution directly with Itochu (KC-767) and Subaru (AH-64) in support of the Japanese Ministry of Defense (JMOD). Additional duties may include assisting teammates supporting other countries in the Northeast Asia region or the Southeast Asia region. As part of the International DCS Contracts team, this position is focused and aligned to our current and growing global customers and aligned across the Boeing sites. This is an exciting opportunity as we support and help drive international defense growth and support our valued allies in continuing their mission. This Contracts position will partner with the Program/Project Managers and Business Development from pre-proposal activities to proposal and contract development for the full acquisition process to award and continuing throughout the contract execution and delivery. The role will also be required to address areas such as Tax, Treasury, Insurance, Law, and Export Compliance throughout the preparation, review and approval process. A successful candidate will research and effectively solve problems, effectively collaborate and lead acquisition teams, develop negotiation positions, and ensure proper hand-offs with the execution team. 

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Bachelors Degree or higherWilling and able to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally

Experience

1+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining customer relationships1+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
