Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Answer telephone calls, re-direct calls as appropriate, assist callers with questions or concerns, and take messages as neededManages medical records (maintains, files/scans, prepares for schedule)Ensures all correspondence is scanned and/or filed, processes requests for medical records release and maintains appropriate logs, etc.
Experience
1+ years of customer service experience with strong communication skills both in person and via phone1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
