Description:The AVP, Program Associate is a key member of the Community Investing and Development (CID) team, reporting to the CID Chief of Staff. The CID team works to enhance Citi’s positive social impact through equity investing, innovative financial solutions, and strategic philanthropy. The Program Associate will support the CID Chief of Staff in driving strategic initiatives and key projects, including strategic planning, organizational development, team transformation efforts, CRA and other regulatory support activities, and cross-functional projects.Responsibilities:Provide project management, operational and reporting support for CID strategic initiativesSupport team integration and talent development efforts, including organization planning and tracking, recruiting, new team member on-boarding, and staff and leadership team engagementExecute creation of briefing materials and presentations for CID leadership and Citi senior management for internal and external thought leadershipMaintain an understanding of CID risks and controls frameworks and partner with CID Operations and Finance team, as necessary, on internal risk and operations tasksSupport CID’s regulatory planning and reporting effortsSupport execution and project management of cross-functional CID initiatives, including coordination of Community Reinvestment Act effortsSupport execution and forward momentum of function-wide process improvement and efficiency effortsSupport annual budget and headcount planning and trackingSupport coordination and execution of strategic initiatives in alignment

Education
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills; extremely detail-orientedExcellent time management and prioritization skills with an ability to juggle competing demandsOutstanding project management and organizational skillsHighly proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience
Minimum of 4 years professional experience, preferably in project managementExperience supporting complex, forward-thinking partnerships and initiativesAbility to work with diverse, multi-disciplinary teamsInterpersonal skills, particularly written and verbal communication, and comfort communicating with a broad range of stakeholders
