Growing together.This position is responsible for assisting with the execution of all internal audit and risk management consulting activity within designated specialty areas for the company. This position is also responsible for supporting the operations, methodology, and associated tools and technologies of internal audit and advisory services within UHC Global, primarily supporting South America.This position is a hybrid role in Minnetonka, MN.Primary Responsibilities:Assist audit management or audit lead in the execution of internal audits including audit planning, detailing control procedures, and the related testing and reporting in accordance with professional and departmental standards - including financial (i.e. Sarbanes-Oxley testing) and operational projectsPrepare clear, accurate and complete workpapers in accordance with department quality standards; meet project timelines and deliverable due datesIdentify audit issues and perform root cause analysis with practical corrective solutionsAs necessary, perform follow-up on assigned audit report action plans to ensure that the business partners have completed agreed upon actionParticipate on special projects undertaken by the department and/or the CompanyPrepare and distribute internal reporting systems to measure, monitor, and track progress toward audit plan execution, department goals and other initiativesAssist in the creation and translation of audit materials and processes into Spanish
