As a Business Manager on the Consumer Identity team, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and direction for one of the most exciting areas in Technology today: Digital Identity. You'll be at the forefront of keeping our customers safe by assessing authentication strategies and tools, and leading efforts to adopt cutting edge capabilities that are disrupting the digital world of banking.This role provides an opportunity to take a data driven approach to analyze and identify potential threat vectors and vulnerabilities in Capital One’s risk assessment and authentication space, apply sound inquiry and judgment to convert the findings into valuable actionable insights, and present compelling recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Primary responsibilities for this position include:Data-driven analysis and insights generation on customer digital usage, for potential fraud-threat huntingEstablishing business case and presenting convincing recommendations to senior management and stakeholdersClearly articulate and advocate target persona, customer benefit, and value of features across teamsOwn the end-to-end analytics agenda for Identity initiatives, machine learning use cases, and new products & experiencesShape our strategic areas of focus oriented around the OKRs framework (which you will also shape)Support leadership in developing white-space and innovative strategies by analyzing and sizing the opportunity, and building business cases and frameworks
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelors Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis
