Accountable for delivery of a full range of protective services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions. Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally and externally, often at a senior level. Accountable for the end results of an area. Exercises control over resources, planning and execution. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Establish and maintain high-level relationships with law enforcement authorities, first responder agencies, government officials and key business support entities. Responsibilities:Complies with all policies required to meet organizational goals to eliminate or reduce threats and vulnerabilities.Provide day-to-day executive protection services on identified PrincipalsAlways Assume responsibility for the safety of Principals, including personal security, privacy, and confidentiality of business and personal mattersManage day-to-day operational activities within span of control, to include protective advances, emergency response, crisis management and recovery functions, across multiple locations.Continually identify, evaluate, and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities, and provide Executive Protection Operations & Logistics Manager the information they need to make critical decisionsDisplay fiscal and budgetary discipline to meet expected spend patterns, achieve goals, and remain within defined budget parametersAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
