Job Description
The School of Biological and Health Systems Engineering in the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at the Tempe campus is seeking a self-starting, collaborative, and detail-oriented team member to join the Advising team. Under general supervision, this individual will assist with course scheduling, general and curricular events and activities, and data reporting processes for SBHSE in accordance with the priorities set by School leadership and the Office of the Provost. This position will also interface with students, parents, and community members via email, phone, and office visitors.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Maintain knowledge of structure and location of various data sources to assist in creation of queries and applications utilizing that data.Accurately interpret, encode, verify, and maintain degree programs throughout a variety of degree audits.
Experience
Evidence of high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Experience working in higher education or a related field.Experience working independently as well as a member of a team.Experience in class scheduling systems at Arizona State University.
