Come prepared to be encouraged and inspired.What you’ll do:The Director of Demand Gen / Performance Marketing will define and implement a global Demand and ABM strategy for the Webex by Cisco business unit. You will deliver 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM campaigns to drive up-sell / cross-sell / retention /new logo programs for our tiered “Strategic Account” list. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Global Integrated Marketing and will be responsible for planning, managing, executing, and measuring demand generation campaigns across digital channels. This will include the strategy, customer journey, content & creative, and channel strategy for campaigns. You will partner closely with Field Marketing and regional Sales leaders to deliver online and offline ABM programs that influence pipeline and help achieve our quarterly sales goals. Key Responsibilities:Adapt the ongoing ABM strategy to GTM priorities in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Business Units, and Customer Success; including online (content syndication, paid media, and digital experiences) and offline (CXO events, customer events, etc.) tacticsOwn the program management and execution of ABM campaigns including: relationships with content syndication vendors, ABM agency relationships, campaign setup and launch, reporting, and predictive insights.Develop and manage a centralized intake process for ABM campaign requests, vetting, production, and execution.Educate and coach peers in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, and Events on how to best leverage the martech and CRM tech stack: Salesforce.com, Eloqua, PathFactory, 6sense, Bombora.Own frequent and ongoing communication with Global Sales on campaign planning / calendar, pre-launch sales enablement, and reporting wins back to Sales.Source and influence new sales pipeline, engage contacts in new functions/roles at existing accounts, and accelerate existing sales pipeline.Support the promotion efforts for first-party events, executive roundtables, industry events, partner events, etc.
Responsibilities + Skills
Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills.Firsthand experience executing programs in key marketing automation and CRM tools (i.e. Marketo/Eloqua, Salesforce.com, Demandbase/6sense, SalesLoft).
Education
Experience
5 years of experience executing global ABM programs.7 to 10 years developing and executing multi-channel B2B demand generation programs in enterprise software, SaaS, networking and/or cybersecurity segments).Experience managing agencies and executing performance marketing across digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, Content Syndication, etc.)
